For more than 20 years, Matt Smith has helped clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Known for his market knowledge, strategic guidance, and client-first approach, he provides a seamless experience from initial consultation through closing.
As a California Broker and former brokerage owner and manager, Matt brings extensive expertise in residential and commercial real estate, negotiations, and market strategy. He earned his MBA from Boise State University and was among the youngest individuals to obtain a California real estate broker's license back in 2010.
Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys visiting local restaurants, paddle-boarding, kayaking, boating, and spending time in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
